INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

To mark International Women’s Day 2018, we had the pleasure of working closely with Diageo to create a short series of profiles on some of the women across the business, celebrating who they are and their achievements.

Each film was constructed around a carefully crafted interview which encouraged each of the women to open up and talk about subjects that do not just revolve around work, but instead really show us who they are as women. The key to this was talking at length ahead of the shoot, and on the filming day itself, taking the time that we needed to hear their thoughts on a multitude of topics. These included their childhood – through to hearing them talk about the people that have inspired them. We spoke of the challenges of combining being a mother, a partner and having a successful career, we discussed what has held them back at times, and listened to what they would potentially change if they knew what they know now.

The films have generated a huge amount of interest and admiration, leading to conversation across their channels – externally as much as internally.
